Top Bloggers Team Up with Models for Free People’s September 2013 Lookbook
Free People decided to choose a number of glorious beauties to star in the lookbook. This time it is not only the models who posed for the photographers – four bloggers also took part in the photo shoot. Rumi Neely, Alexandra Spencer, Natalie Suarez and Dylana Suarez rock the streets of New York City along with Karlie Kloss, Crystal Renn, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Ajak Deng and Aline Weber. Such an interesting collaboration no doubt made the lookbook even more appealing and delicious.
You can surely spot the bohemian vibe that all the outfits are full of. Chic and funky, September 2013 lookbook’s collection is hard to stay unnoticed. It deserves the highest praises from the loyal fans of the brand – just look at those stunning rock ‘n’ roll-styled pieces! Incredible design and impeccable craftsmanship make me desperately crave each of the items.
The lookbook, called The September 2013 Issue, invites you to explore what the Fashion Week aura might feel and look like. Models, chilling out in the dressing room; show attendees, walking along the street in their saucy outfits; fashionistas, being interviewed by some glossy’s journalist – this what the lookbook offers. The backstage of any fashion show is just as appealing and fascinating as what is happening on the runway itself. No wonder, that the brand opted for such a concept – New York Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week is just around the corner.
It is hard to tell what I liked the most about the lookbook. Gorgeous headpieces in various shapes and colors along with baggy silhouettes, ethnic motiffs and a lot of leather, create a totally unforgettable impression. I absolutely dig those maxi skirts and dresses with fringe as well as flared pants with beautiful prints.
All the shots are saturated with natural joy and easy-going attitude of the models, which all together add a lot to the lookbook. Both the photographers and the beauties managed to deliver the mood of the coming Fashion Week and activated fashionista’s anticipation mode. We are all looking forward to the start of the big event. As for now, let’s be patient and enjoy the magnificent photos of Free People’s September 2013 lookbook.
