Issa London and The Outnet Dress Collection
Issa London fashion brand collaborated with the online discount store theoutnetdotcom to create a range of exclusive dresses – the modified versions of brand’s dresses from the archive. Olympia Campbell, Marc by Marc Jacobs muse, was chosen to model this dress collection. Stephanie Phair, The Outnet managing director, considers Issa to be one of the favorite clothing brands among the customers owing to the timeless designs that flatter women with different frames.
She commented on the collaboration:
We’ve worked with Issa so that our customers can invest in styles that they may have missed the first time round and they also have the opportunity to buy an exclusive style at great value.
The 7-piece range includes the popular Issa designs that were reworked in different hues and materials. My personal favorites are a cobalt blue floor-length evening gown, which oozes elegance and refinement and a bold red lace dress with a see-through neckline, which is an ideal wear for the night out. Both of these garments promise to have a commercial success among the fashionistas.
There are certain reasons behind choosing Campbell to model this dress collection: first of all, she is from UK and Issa is a London-based brand and second – designers thought that Olympia’s energy ideally harmonizes with the bright-colored dresses:
We wanted to ensure that whoever fronted the campaign was right for both Issa and the Outnet. As Issa is a London-based brand we felt that London rising star Olympia Campbell fitted the bill perfectly. The bright, block colours inspired the look and the feel of the images and Olympia’s energy complements this perfectly.
