Inspired by love the 80-piece collection includes clothes, shoes and accessories like handbags and jewelry. The prices of which range from $19.99 to $199.99 for clothes and from $12.99 to $39.99 for accessories. The designer told InStyle:
It’s about this girl falling in love from the time she first sees the guy right until the time they get married. I had this idea of a girl who finds her journal in her attic and she starts to go through it and remembers.
The lookbook demonstrates various floral dresses just right for the Spring 2013 and other pieces like skirts, tops, and bright blazers. These can be accessorized with the colorful heeled and flat footwear, amazing miniaudieres and crystal stone jewelry in various styles.
The colors in the collection are bold and just right for Spring but there are also black and white ensembles and pieces that make for more neutral but not less trendy looks. For example, this monochrome dress is a perfect way to rock the monochrome trend or celebrate the Valentine’s Day.
For the ad campaign the actors Olivia Thirlby and Chris Conroy were chosen to portray a couple in love while showing the collection’s beautiful pieces.
This is designer’s first big collaboration collection with Target but he also contributed Target x Neiman Marcus Holiday 2012 Collection designing a cape and a clutch.
