Did I mention how much I love collaborations? Nothing can be more appelaing and creative than a product of cooperation between two or even more talented people. Why? It shouldn’t be so hard to answer. For one thing, you get more ideas on specific topic and thus more opportunities to come up with a great result. Also, sometimes one happens to think in quite a narrow-minded way, unable to see the obvious ups and downs. In this case having a second opinion might be quite useful. So, all around the collaborations rock! What I have to offer today won’t disappoint you, I promise. Lovers + Friends brand has teamed up with the stylist Monica Rose to release a fabulous collection.

Monica Rose Team Up With Lovers + Friends

First, a couple of words about Lovers + Friends. The fashion retailer is based in Los Anjeles and reflects the city style a lot. The label provides the women with easy-going and pretty wearable pieces of clothing, which are also incredibly stylish.

Lovers + Friends is for the girl who is a go-getter and fun-seeker. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to go after it. She is in the know and on the scene, an early morning riser and late night explorer. She works hard and plays harder. She is a lover and a friend.

Both the brand and the stylist must have been searching hard for a decent model to show off their superior outfits. No wonder, if you have ensembles as gorgeous and stylish as these ones are, there is no way you would let someone unqualified and unexperienced wear them. That’s why it was Daniela Braga who starred in this photoshoot.

Constantly inspired by the laid back Los Angeles lifestyle in which the brand was founded, Lovers + Friend exudes ease and wearability, creating an effortlessly chic look that is California cool. Although our roots are on the west coast our designs grab the attention of fashionista’s worldwide.

The Winter 2013 collection is available at REVOLVE, CUSP by Neiman Marcus and Shopbop. Last week the line was presented at the Loft at Siren Studios, which was turned into a gallery “with each piece of the collection on display alongside the lookbook images”. Among the guests attended the event were the closest friends of Monica Rose as well as the most prominent bloggers: Giuliana Rancic, Catt Sadler, Geri Hirsch of Because I’m Addicted, Jillian Wallace of Little Black Boots and Kate Albrecht of Mr. Kate. Besides, the representatives from US Weekly, InTouch, Life & Style, Racked Style and also got a chance to be first to see the fabulous line.

Tuesday night was nothing sort of amazing. After a long design process of hunting and searching all of the lands for the best fabrics and tailoring each piece to perfection, we were finally able to share the collection in its entirety with an intimate gathering of the most wonderful people.

All the outfits appear to be super fashionable. You will mostly spot the smart casual style, which is incredibly great. This particular style allows you to look moderate, classy and stylish at the same time. Which means it is applicable to almost any situation that you happen to face. Lovely shirts, flare pants, saucy skirts and tons of accessories make every single look even more delicious and desirable. The Brazilian model contributed a lot to the lookbook. If it wasn’t for her, the photoshoot would never come out as good as it is now.

I explore the world through the prism of fashion. Fashion is my everything: my universe, my air, my alter ego. I do my best to suit society, but when society does not bother to accept my way - I see no point in climbing up the mountain. It is the same with fashion: if they do not get what you wear, it is not your clothes that are to be trashed.
