Made In Kind: Jen Kao x Anthropologie

Jen Kao designed a collection called Mah Na Mah Na inspired by a trip to Bali for Anthropologie’s Made In Kind collaboration platform. Being a Fashion Week regular Jen Kao has such fans among celebs as Rachel McAdams and M.I.A. This collaboration collection is all about the light dresses and attention-grabbing prints.

Jen Kao designs for Anthropologie are great for the Spring/Summer season. There is a white summer silk Sattva Dress with slightly assymetrical hemline and criss-cross back that’s perfect for a summer vacation.

The printed Melati Sundress made in cotton voile features panels of a differnt print and features a hert-shaped neck with heat-friendly spaghetti straps. And the dress designs aren’t ending here. The amazing tight-fitting Devi Dress is made of polyester-spandex ponte printed with amazing floral prints in different colors from blue to red.

There is a Devi pencil skirt that you can balance out with a neutral Sattva top and a Tandikat maxi skirt made of cotton silk featuring a similar print as the Devi line.

Other designs include the Shakti lace kimono blouse with black cuffs and a removable grosgrain sash, matching Shakti Lace Tuxedo Crops and a cute navy blue Bumbubali Pullover with cropped sleeves and a red stripe. The collection’s price range is between $98 for Lombok Boxy Shorts and $298 for Sattva Dress.

The collection also includes a small line of silver jewelry. It includes a Komodo Bracelet made of silver and colorful waxed cotton cord, a more complex Flores Wrap Bracelet, Komodo Cuff Hoop Earrings, Lotus Hoop Earrings, Lotus Ring, Lotus Ambrosia Necklace. Jewelry comes in a price range between $318 for Komodo Cuff Hoop Earrings and 1,298 for Lotus Ambrosia Necklace.
