Seems like the wool is winning the leading positions and is becoming one of the hottest trend of fall winter 2012-2013 season, which was partially promoted by the on-going Campaign for Wool initiated and supported by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales. Initially this campaign was developed for promoting the UK-made woolen apparel to support the wool industry.

This time the fashion house Missoni decided to step aside from its signature zig-zag fabric and tried using the whirling patterns in mohair and cashmere thread. Margaret Howell dressed its models in the woolen trousers along with the berets, while Nicole Farhi went fort he elegant look by pairing the wool skirt with the sophisticated black blazer.

Mark Fast presented some slim-fit crochet knit tunics with the original patterns. Topshop’s jumper has already become the must-have among the fashionistas all over the world as well as the Burberry knit with owl design.

Pringle went for the classic silhouettes like v-neck jumper made from soft mohair. Stella McCartney, in turn, added the new spin to the classical knitwear by featuring some bare legs which added sex vibe and bold hues.
